SLAM CAMP SUMMER PROGRAM 2021

INDOOR / OUTDOOR WORKOUT SESSIONS

  

 

Girls aged 12-17 and Boys aged 9 -17 can now register for our Summer Workout Sessions. Athletes will be divided according to age groups and level. Workouts will take place at Champlain College Saint-Lambert (900 Riverside Drive, Saint-Lambert, J4P3P2) and Collège Charles-Lemoyne (901 Ch Tiffin, Longueuil, J4P 3G6)

SLAM CAMP will continue to comply with all Government and Public Health recommendations as well as Basketball Quebec’s directives to ensure a safe and fun learning & training environment for all its participants, players and coaches alike.

Indoor Workout Sessions (BOYS U10-U12)

Champlain College Saint-Lambert (June 28 to August 20, 2021)

  • BOYS (2009-2010-2011-2012) : 2 Practices per week: Tuesday - Thursday (16:30 - 18:00) >>> 16 sessions = 24 heures
  • Practice sessions will be 90 minutes long
  • Parents and participants will be advised of ALL scheduling change both in person and by email - schedule will be posted on the Gmail Calendar on www.slamcamp.ca
  • Access to locker rooms will be prohibited - Access to restrooms only
  • Parents need to complete the following document prior to the start of camp: “Risk-recognition for insurance purpose” (Reconnaissance de risques / assurances) ----- Only 1 document per participant for the entire summer period. Will be kept on file with SLAM CAMP.
  • Participants need to answer the questions  to complete the “Self-declaration form” (Formulaire d’auto-déclaration) before every workout session ----- The main coach on location will ask the questions and complete the sheet for each participant before every workout session.

 

What you need

  • Your own water bottle (identified)
  • Your own towel / extra t-shirt (in your personal bag)

 

What SLAM CAMP provides

  • 1 SLAM CAMP Reversible jersey 
  • Hand sanitizer
  • Basketballs & Training equipment (sanitized before and after every session)

 

Indoor Workouts Fee *

  • 1 fee for all 8 weeks   = $360 
    • On the week of August 16, SLAM CAMP will reimburse you ($25) >>If your child was registered in 1 week of regular camp during the summer
    • On the week of August 16, SLAM CAMP will reimburse you ($50) >>If your child was registered in 2 weeks of regular camp during the summer
    • On the week of August 16, SLAM CAMP will reimburse you ($75) >>If your child was registered in 3 weeks of regular camp during the summer
    • On the week of August 16, SLAM CAMP will reimburse you ($100) >>If your child was registered in 4+ weeks of regular camp during the summer

 

* Workout fee has been revised to include all new additional costs due to COVID-19 preventive measures (admin procedures, insurance, cleaning and sanitizing measures, personnel ratios, etc.)

 

Registration Process

  1. Register one (1) participant at a time
  2. Select "U10-U12 Boys Indoor Workout Sessions"
  3. Finally, Press "Order" and complete the registration form

 

Payment Options

  • Proceed to the credit card payment (note that there will be a 3.95% transaction fee added to the amount of your bill if you choose this option)
  • If paying via Interac e-Transfer, simply check the box that says “Prepaid order” and select DEBIT then send your payment to info@slamcamp.ca (use password: Basketball)
  • If paying Cash, simply check the box that says "Prepaid order" and select CASH then bring the exact amount in an envelope and hand it to the coach before the first workout
  • No cheque payments will be accepted

  • GIRLS (2008-2007-2006-2005-2004-2003): 3 Practices per week: Monday - Wednesday - Friday (16:30 - 18:30) >>> 24 sessions = 48 heures
  • BOYS (2008-2007-2006-2005-2004-2003) : 3 Practices per week: Monday - Wednesday - Friday (11:00 - 01:00) >>> 24 sessions = 48 heures
  • Practice sessions will be 120 minutes long

  • Any 3 blocks  = $525 ($75 discount)

Registration Process

  1. Register one (1) participant at a time

  3. If you choose two (2) blocks then you are automatically entitled to a $30 discount. Simply select your two (2) blocks and enter the code 2ndreg in the "Discount Code" box before pressing "Submit"
  4. If you choose three (3) blocks then you are automatically entitled to a $75 discount. Simply select all three (3) blocks and enter the code 3rdreg in the "Discount Code" box before pressing "Submit"
  5. If you choose four (4) blocks then you are automatically entitled to a $140 discount. Simply select all four (4) blocks and enter the code 4threg in the "Discount Code" box before pressing "Submit"
  6. Finally, Press "Order" and complete the registration form
